| PIXION NAMES GENE WOLF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Appointment of Former Ridgeway Systems CEO, RADVISION
President,
and Teleos Executive Marks Major Milestone for Company
Pleasanton, Calif. – January 12, 2004– Pixion,
Inc., the leader in cross-platform Web conferencing solutions, today
announced that it has named Eugene H. Wolf as its Chief Executive
Officer and President.
A proven expert in launching, leading and growing
telecommunications and next-generation network product and service
companies, Wolf brings over 20 years of hands-on business-building
experience to Pixion along with in-depth knowledge on forging strategic
partnerships between entrepreneurial businesses and industry leaders.

Prior to joining Pixion, Wolf most recently served
as the CEO of Ridgeway Systems, an international IP software company
that provides solutions to overcome IP roadblocks, firewalls and
NATS. Prior to that, he spent three years as the President of RADVISION,
Inc. and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. During his time
at RADVISION, the company grew from $8.0 million in revenue to some
$50.0 million in revenue, and completed a successful IPO.
Prior to RADVISION he was the President/CEO of
the U.S. Subsidiary of Controlware, a German based company. Selling
ISDN and ATM products the company grew from $1.0 million to some
$8.0 million in revenue. He has also held senior level sales positions
at Teleos and Timeplex, Inc.
